Mersea Homes have secured an allocation in the emerging local plan in the small picturesque village of Great Tey. The development will be for thirty carefully designed village homes on land off Newbarn Road. The proposal will also provide additional public open space to allow a wider range of activities contiguous with the existing recreation ground, together with other infrastructure improvements as required.
