Mersea Homes Wins The Bricks Site Recognition Award for Second Year Running
We are proud to share that Mersea Homes has received The Bricks Site Recognition Award from LABC Warranty for the second consecutive year.
Like last year’s award, we’ve received this recognition due to the exceptional workmanship and overall quality of Chesterwell Park, the latest addition to our flagship Chesterwell development.
The Bricks Site Recognition Award is given to developments that demonstrate the highest standards of construction and site management. LABC Warranty’s risk management surveyors judge a site against several criteria, including:
Quality of workmanship at different stages of construction
Health and safety on-site
Site tidiness and organisation
General cooperation with warranty inspectors
Excellent site management
